  1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway. By entering this giveaway, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as well as to our privacy policy.
  2. The prize is as follows: choice of a) CINDER & THE PRINCE OF MIDNIGHT in ebook, audiobook download, or Catalan language ebook; OR b) RUBY & THE HUNTSMAN OF MIDNIGHT in ebook or audiobook download.
  3. TEN WINNERS will be selected at random and notified by email. Winners must claim their prize within ONE WEEK.
  4. An entrant may enter the giveaway MULTIPLE TIMES BY INVITING FRIENDS. Each invitation made through the official giveaway page will equal an additional entry. This is administered through a third-party software service and no guarantee is made of it working as described, or at all.
  5. Closing date for entry will be MIDNIGHT PST on MAY 18, 2020. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  6. Enter the giveaway by entering your email and name into the giveaway page for a chance to win and to join Susan EE’s Email List from which you will receive various news and notifications.
  7. The giveaway is open to readers aged 18 years or over.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. Once the code or link is sent to the winners, it is the winner’s responsibility to follow instructions and figure out how to use those codes to download and read the book on their device of choice. If any difficulty arises, it is the winner’s responsibility to work with customer support of the vendor providing the actual download (such as Audiobook.com), or in the case of direct website downloads from Susanee.com, with the third party customer support assigned to assist in the download. Under no circumstances will anyone else associated with the giveaway, such as the author, be responsible for technical or customer support.
  10. No person, brand, or entity associated with the giveaway, either individually or in combination, will be responsible for inaccurate or incomplete prize details supplied to any entrant, either directly or by any third party associated with this giveaway.
  11. Although the intent is to complete the giveaway as described, in order to account for unforeseen circumstances that may arise, this giveaway and its terms and conditions may be cancelled or amended at any time for any reason without notice. Likewise, any entrant may be disqualified for any reason at any time.
  12. Entrant understands and agrees that there’s no guarantee of a prize and that her/his only remedy for any issues arising from this giveaway is to unsubscribe from the Email List.
